Shipping & Returns
Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering! However, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling. We will update social media platforms and the website when we are not able to process orders right away!
As the customer, you are responsible for all import fees.
There is no time limit on returns. So, at any point after you receive your items, you may request a return. However, all items must meet the qualifications listed below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s). You are responsible for shipping prices and a tracking number must be emailed to us upon shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale tab items are final sale.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunded to Ivory Sky Gift Card
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed an Ivory Sky Boutique gift card for purchase price of the item(s) minus original shipping costs.
