Portales Pick-Up Policy

We offer local pickup in Portales, NM! :)

The Portales pickup location is Farm Bureau Financial Services in Portales, NM (address below). You will be notified via email when your package is placed at the pickup location. 

Once your package is in the pickup location, it is no longer our responsibility. It is now your property as the customer and you are responsible for it. You agree to this when choosing "Portales Pickup" in shipping options.

To return items, shipping or the pickup location may be used. Notify us before returning which option you choose to utilize. 

Returning items that have been picked up have the same requirements as regular, shipped items. Please see the return policy page for more info regarding item condition requirements.
