Do you have a size chart?

  • We are a curated clothing brand, which means we use a variety of vendors for our products. Due to this, there isn't a size chart that applies to all styles. However, each item should have a size chart listed on the individual product page in the photos section.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We ship to the US and Canada only at this time. Everyone is responsible for their individual shipping prices. This includes any and all customs for each package shipped internationally.

Do you carry plus sizes?

  • We do not carry plus sizes at this time due to limited demand.

If I order the wrong size, can I exchange the item for a different size?

  • Yes, all regular priced items can be exchanged for a different size. However, all sale tab items are final sale and may not be exchanged. To make an exchange, you as the buyer must pay all shipping costs back to our store and must pay for shipping for the new size. Please check all size charts before purchasing items. 

Do you sell gift cards?

I placed an order, but I need to change it. Can I do this? 

  • All orders can be changed if they have not been shipped. Simply email us at shopivorysky@gmail.com. If a size needs changed, we will change the size before shipping. However, if you are wishing to cancel an order, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each item. 
  • All shipped orders cannot be changed. 

I purchased something that is now on sale. Can I get the sale price for the item instead?

  • If we have not shipped the item, we will refund you the extra amount above the sale price to your payment method. However, this now makes the sale final and not available for returns. If we have shipped the item, the original purchase price is final and no refunds will be made.
